Manhattan Short Film Festival is coming to Ukraine for the third time and will be shown in Kyiv as well as 11 other cities. Manhattan is a viewers’ festival, which means the audience also act as the jury. 150,000 film buffs from 36 countries will vote for the films of their choice and the winner will be defined after the final screening in New York on Sept. 27. This year the program includes movies from 10 directors from the U.S., Sweden, France, Spain, Italy, Israel, Great Britain, Mozambique and Australia. The winners of the fest are often nominated for Oscar.
