Within the framework of his working visit to the USA President Victor Yushchenko came to New York Stock Exchange, where he met with Chief Executive Officer of NYSE Duncan L. Niederauer, according to the President`s press-office.

The parties discussed prospects of financial cooperation between Ukraine and the USA.

President Yushchenko stressed importance of development of cooperation between Ukrainian companies and the NYSE. In the scope tha sides agreed that in the nearest future NYSE representatives will visit Ukraine to elaborate mechanisms of deepening such a cooperation.
